چکیده

We report a case of primary extraosseous Ewing sarcoma (EES) of the lung in a four-year-old child. In the literature, there are only a few case reports of EES located in the thorax.

Ewing sarcoma is the second most common primary osseous malignancy in children and young adults. However, infrequently, it can arise outside the skeletal system; rarer still, it can originate within the lung parenchyma. In this case report, we describe such a case in a 23-year-old male.
